A two-room (53sqm) bright apt. in the nicest corner of Neukölln. The apartment is 10-min. walk away from the U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln. You can reach so many nice restaurants and bars in 2 to 5 min. on foot. The canal lying just in front of your sleeping room makes the neighborhood so quiet and peaceful.
In the living room, there is a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the trees in the back yard.
The space
Additional Info:
The bed is double-sized (140x200 cm) and has latex mattress with a latex-topper selected for an orthopedical purpose.
There is a table, an armchair, and two closets in your room.
There is also a rowing machine for your use.
In the living room you have:
- a pull-out sofa suitable for two people (the grey one in photos) ,
- big TV monitor, which you can connect your computer (I provide two types of connecting cables)
- books in English, German, and Turkish
- a whiteboard, in case you need to do any calculations :)
Additionally, we can provide an air-mattress, if requested in advance.

Guests have an access to the entire apartment: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom
