The space
Before we start, here are 5 THINGS THAT WILL MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE with our apartment

1- Our QUIET STREET is so charming! Its unique little curve, the small colourful buildings and the small park just next to the building makes our area very "Montréal".
Walk through the streets of our district, you'll feel at home

The location of the apartment is just ideal to be close to all the festivities, but with the calm of a small street ! The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the Frontenac metro station, which is on the Green Line (Downtown Line) and you will be close to the downtown, Old Port, Place des arts, etc. By BERRI UQAM station, you can change to the Orange or Yellow line.

Close to the Frontenac metro station, there are also many local shops such as the IGA, the fruit market Marché TRIO, bakery etc. From mid-May to early December, there is a small market that sells local fruits and vegetables at an affordable price and above all it encourages our Québec farmers! The countryside less than 5 minutes from the apartment!

In Montreal, especially in the summer, everything is done by foot or by bike, it's a great way to visit our beautiful city;)
You are less than 10 minutes walk from the Village : this neighbourhood is one of the most lively in Montreal thanks to its many restaurants, bars and clubs. Its popularity extends beyond our borders and makes its residents proud! Freedom, diversity and acceptance are the values of this beautiful and colourful neighbourhood!

You are also close to the shores of the St. Lawrence River and Le Village au pied du courant, which is a collaborative project to give Montrealers and tourists the opportunity to reclaim the riverbanks with a magnificent view of the Jacques Cartier Bridge. Feet in the sand, a local beer in your hand and good music in your ears - nothing better to enjoy our beautiful city!

In July, don't miss the Quebec Lotto Fireworks Competition, this month's Wednesdays and Saturdays several countries of the world are competing, who will have made the most beautiful fireworks?! Enjoy like us its magnificent fireworks 15 minutes from the apartment!

2- Our apartment is spacious and has a private room with a Queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is air conditioning in the room which can be very pleasant in the summer during heat waves period !

3 - The large bathroom with its legged bath gives a vintage and unique touch to this piece! Relaxing and inviting, take the time to relax in a bubble bath?!
If you're more of a shower person, don't worry, there's also a beautiful Italian shower!

4- A fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook good meals to enjoy them as a couple, with family or friends! To have more time to enjoy, the dishwasher will be a very good ally ;-) There's a dining table for 4 persons in the kitchen.
In addition, all cooking essentials are provided such as: salt/pepper, oil, coffee, sugar etc.

5- The last bonus and not the least is our the television with integrated Roku gives access to Netflix and Youtube, will be perfect for a movie night comfortably installed in the sofa! Netflix and Chill is also perfect for a rainy day.

Here are 2 THINGS TO CONSIDER before booking:

1 - We don't have parking however there are free spaces on the street or in the adjacent streets but take the time to read the signs carefully ! There's also public paid parking at less than 10 minutes walk from the unit.

2- We have air conditioning only in the bedroom but we also have a ceiling fan above the bed and sofa bed as well as a portable one.

Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Our apartment is located in the Sainte-Marie district, which is part of the Ville-Marie borough. It is a booming district, due to its proximity to shops, neighbouring districts such as the Village, Hochelaga, Plateau, etc.. During walks in the area, you can enjoy a Margarita at La Guadalupe Mexicaine or a candy store at Pâtisserie Polonaise Wawe. These businesses are located on Ontario Street, where the popular Maison de la Culture Frontenac, which hosts more than 150 events annually in all artistic disciplines, is also located.
If you are a sports person, you should know that there are many infrastructures available such as an indoor swimming pool, a training room and a complete program of sports activities, close to the Frontenac metro station.
