THE ROOMS
FULL KITCHEN features everything you need to make great meals. A 24” conventional oven with 4 burners. Also a microwave. Lots of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker. Toaster. Microwave oven. Enough plates, bowls, and silverware to serve 8. Kitchen pass-through to dining room. Wine glasses and corkscrew! Comes with gourmet coffee beans and grinder for fresh, delicious brew! Sugar, dry creamer,and breakfast bars also included.

DINING ROOM holds a large, sturdy, oak dining room table for gracious meals, quick sit downs, playing games, or as a large work area to spread out papers on. Seats up to 8 on oak chairs (check walk-in closet for chair #8). With two beautiful arch windows overlooking the neighborhood. A great, leafy view in the summer.

MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed with a new 32” TV, as well as a recliner chair and cozy reading nook. Huge walk-in closet. Direct door to bathroom. Super-comfortable 12” memory foam mattress with 2” cooling memory gel topper. Vintage reproduction Iron-frame bed rated for up to 550 pounds. Fold-up baby crib inside the closet for our smallest guests. Nebraska and prairie art on the walls.

TOWER BEDROOM has gorgeous tall windows and high ceilings, perched up amid the trees of our beautiful neighborhood. It has the same queen-sized bed with the same super-comfortable 12” memory foam mattress and 2” cooling memory gel topper, on the same vintage reproduction iron-frame bed rated for up to 550 pounds. Includes a small maple desk for working or make-up application, and a solid oak chair. Also has a direct door to the bathroom.

LIVING ROOM has two more gorgeous arched windows overlooking the neighborhood. A vintage, Mid-Century Naugahyde convertible couch, with a new 4” memory foam mattress that solves the bar problem these couches had. It is quite comfortable to sleep on. 3 comfortable, period chairs can all be put in front of the brand new 42” Toshiba television, with Netflix, Prime, a digital antenna for broadcast TV, and a huge number of internet channels. You can pull in some dining room chairs if you have more TV viewers.

 Games: Scrabble, Monopoly, Uno, CandyLand, Once Upon a Werewolf, chess, and a deck of cards with a book of card game rules. Once Upon a Werewolf is a great, easy-to-learn party game, fun for kids to adults, with lots of replay value. Play them on the big dining room table.

 Baby crib included for our smallest guests.

Lincoln’s Children Zoo. Two blocks away. This is TripAdvisor’s #3 thing to do in Lincoln! And it’s not just for children anymore! The newly expanded zoo has gotten pretty huge and houses many exotic animals and botanical displays, as well as educational and cute exhibits.

6 blocks to Lincoln bike trails. Extensive trails throughout the city, including one express that goes downtown, avoiding much traffic.

o Cozy, small, craft-beer tasting room. It’s at the back end of Moran’s Liquor works, 3400 A Street, towards the alley. It is a rare and unique place. One bar, maybe ten stools. Something like that. Here’s how they describe it: “At the back of Moran's is a quaint little space we like to call The Growler Shop & Tasting Room. It is a space you can enjoy a pint of Craft Beer, glass of wine or a fine whiskey. It is perfect for afterwork, date night or just to relax with a friend old or new.” 8 blocks away, right down A Street. Walkable.
o The Mill Coffee House serves beer and wine in a very relaxed setting. The alcohol is higher priced and classy. About 10 blocks. 0.8 miles. 330 S. 21st.
