This studio on the first floor of an old building typical of Toulouse was very recently renovated in 2014, by us, so that it is the most pleasant to live in for a couple. It is ideally located in the chic, young and lively Saint Aubin neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse where bars, nightclubs, restaurants, cinemas, theater, medathèque rub shoulders with the most famous historical places.

Self check-in: the keys will be waiting for you in their secure boxes, you will arrive whenever you want as soon as the apartment is ready !

The picturesque Saint Aubin district retains a village soul in the city. Its renowned market takes place every Sunday morning and offers excellent local produce!

Our apartment is located above a small club that can be a little noisy : just call the tranquility office (number displayed in the apartment) to close it within half an hour. If you book with us, you agree to play the game and call if needed. We don't live there and can't call for you:-) They're in good faith, if nobody calls when they're loud, they can't know they're disturbing...
Likewise, we find the courtyard of the residence, typically Toulouse, charming but apparently not to the taste of all our guests ; please do not hold it harsh.

Our apartment is ideally placed in the chic, young quarter Saint Aubin, right in the heart of Toulouse where bars, night clubs, restaurants, cinemas, theater, media library are next to the most famous historic places. It keeps a soul of village in the city. Its renowned market taking place every Sunday morning proposes you excellent local products!

Our apartment is located near a little nightclub which can be a little noisy : you just need to call "l'office de la tranquillité" (number provided in the apartment) to close it in 30 minutes maximum. If you book our aparment, you engage yourself to call if needed : we do not live here and we can't know if the apartment is quiet or not, and if nobody calls to close the nightclub, they can't be aware or the noise threshold which becomes too loud.
We think our residence courtyard is charming and typically toulousian, but it seems that some travellers do not think the same... we apologize if it does not reach your expectations.

The supermarket on the square is opened from 9 am till 10 pm every day, we offer you a welcome kit containing the products of current life for your arrival (condiments, household products, Nespresso coffee, tea, etc.)

You can park your scooter or bike in the secure inner courtyard.
