This is a self catered architect designed Eco Studio. It is made of wood with sedum roof. Bi-fold doors open onto a patio with an outdoor dining space, and two sun loungers within its own private shingle garden which is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The interior of the studio had an open plan sitting room, compact kitchen with a small fridge, wood burner, and standard double bed with ensuite shower room. It is ideally suited for a couple wanting a romantic private getaway.

The space
The Sea Breeze Beach House is a modern self catered studio. It is situated in the lovely Pembrokeshire coastal village of Manorbier near Tenby. It is a short walk to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, beach and Manorbier Castle. The beautiful seaside town of Tenby with is beautiful harbour and stunning sandy beaches is a 15 minutes by car or regular bus service from Manorbier.
I provide a welcome pack with various teas, coffee, milk, and homemade bread and jams.
It is only a four minute walk for breakfast at the Beach Break Cafe which is open all day from 10 until 4pm. There are several other places for breakfast locally.
Manorbier has a shop, the Castle Inn for evening meals and the Castlemead hotel.

Manorbier is a coastal village with a Castle. The beach is ideal for barbecues, bodyboarding and surfing. Tenby is 15 minutes away with plenty of pubs, restaurants, a very pretty harbour and golden beaches. It has a train station. Monday to Saturday there is an hourly bus service to Tenby and Pembroke.

I live in the main property Awelon through a small gate which leads into the Sea Breeze Beach House set within its own walled garden. I am very happy to give tips on places to eat, places to visit and walking in Pembrokeshire. Guests can just knock on my front door, and no doubt will be welcomed by both my lovely cockerpoo and me.
