Two-room flat on 3rd floor (no elevator). 2 single beds and 1 foldable chair + inflatable mattress. Fully equipped kitchen. Luminous and silent. At 100 m from Perugia University and 200 m from University for Foreigners. English-Greek spoken. Very close to the terminus of city line buses (connecting also to the railway station).

The space
In an old building with no lift, the apartment was completely renovated a few years ago. It overlooks an internal garden (which does not belong to the apartment), so it is very quiet despite being in the area of the university nightlife. Luminous with a window for each room and a roof window in the living area. The bathroom (also with a window) has a sink, bidet, toilet, and shower. All windows have mosquito nets. Heating by a methane gas boiler. There are no balconies. There is a TV set. Equipped with wifi but not suitable for viewing Netflix or similar programs.
