Charming ground floor in downtown Dartmouth heritage home (1850). Non-smoking please. Halifax via 10 min ferry is 2 min walk. Dartmouth Common, waterfront paths (T.C. Trail), pubs, micro-breweries, cidery, creperie, restaurants and café all within 3 min walk. Shubenacadie Canal bridges, ponds and lakes all close. Fenced-in Victorian patio-garden. Working fireplace with limited firewood. Street parking. Heritage charm but with all the amenities.
