The space
Surrounded by trees, a stream, hills and wildlife - red squirrels, owls and hedgehogs abound. The cottage has new furniture and fittings of the highest standard. The garden is mature, south facing and huge. There is a BBQ, table and chairs. Broadband is superfast (8 GB is included per day, a 50 GB top up is available for £15), and a house phone is provided as there is no mobile signal. Third bedroom is downstairs. Although supplied with the latest eco friendly, thermostatically controlled, electric radiators, the wood burning stove is a comfort on cold winter nights. Heating is included. Extra logs to those provided are available as extras. The adjacent cottage is not for rent. Secure bike shed. Dogs extra, horses by appointment. If you have specific requirements, or would like an earlier check in, please send a message.
Deep clean prior to entry.

Guest access
The cottage and its garden are solely for your pleasure. Parking in front is extensive. A secure shed can store 4 bikes and there is a tap and hose to wash off mud. Another shed has spare logs. A quiet horse can be accommodated in a small paddock. Livery near by. Parking available for motorhomes. Country sports enthusiasts welcome.

Other things to note
We are now doing deep cleans between guests, and have reduced soft furnishings (eg. bed throws and cushions) to basics to make it possible. If you require anything please ask. There is no cot or playpen. There is a stream at the bottom of the garden which may be a hazard for small children. No cats, as they cannot be kept off furniture and beds. Dogs £30 each, should be kept on leads, and are not allowed on furniture - maximum 2 dogs. Wifi top up of 50 GB can be purchased for £15. Country sports enthusiasts welcome.
