Perfect space for a couple on vacation. Short 5 min walk to beach and ocean, across the street and over the sand dune. Quiet building and neighborhood. Very near all most well regarded regional attractions, restaurants, boat tours, shopping. It's a 1 bedroom-with-living-space apartment, at ground floor level. Free parking on the street. 1 bedroom with living space: a 160x200 cm Queen-Size bed and a sofa. 1 complete bathroom with bathtub. 1 complete, separated, fully equiped kitchen. 2 balconies.

The space
The apartment is so close to the beach and the ocean that you can smell the sea breeze and the sand dune, as well as you can hear the ocean and the breaking waves.

Inside the apartment, you get to rest comfortably. The spacious queen-size bed in combination with the sofa in the same open space bedroom and living-area, make this the ideal place to relax and regather.

May you prefer to prepare some meals yourself, the kitchen offers all comodities and full functionality. It's fully equiped, including a dish washer machine.

The two balconies allow the guests to be at home and yet to still be able to keep contact with the open air.

Proximity to all sorts of services and commerce, 2 minutes by car to Peniche and 2 minutes by car to Baleal and Ferrel, plus swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurant at very short walking distance (open seasonally). The neighborhood construction is quite modern and recently built. It's an ideal place to find good rest from the days' activities, as all night clubs are situated in other neighborhoods of Peniche, Ferrel and Baleal.

Peniche and the western region of Portugal have recently become widely known for the quality of their beaches and the surfing potential of their waves. Luckily, there's so much more to be attracted to around here. So, you are very welcome to come visit and discover it all.
