"Reeds View" is just a few mins walk from the beautiful Reeds Bay beach, in a quiet cul de sac with only 6 other quality properties.
On the first floor in a block of 4 apartments the elevation gives panoramic views of the Caribbean and the sunsets.
The unusually large terrace is the star of the property - providing the perfect outdoor living space . It is luxuriously furnished with comfortable sofas, sun loungers & dining area.

The space
We are new owners of the apartment but it has been a very successful letting for a number of years by the previous fastidious owners - with consistent 5 star reviews. The property was completely redecorated internally in October 2019 and externally in June 2020
Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 (2 Bedrooms) Both bedrooms have remote control air-conditioning, ceiling fans/light & built-in wardrobes, bedside drawers & lamps, chairs, bug screening on the windows with partial sea views. In addition, Bedroom 1 is dual aspect and has a 5' bed, chest of drawers with mirror over. Bedroom 2 has 2 extra wide (3'3") single beds & a full length mirror.
The apartment itself is light & airy, has a traditional pickled-pine high-vaulted ceiling, & benefits from cooling breezes.
Inside are all the mod cons you would expect to find - flat screen TV, multi-region DVD/CD player, recently upgraded broadband WiFi (July 2019) & digital security safe, together with a well equipped kitchen & air-conditioned bedrooms. The dishwasher and stove were replaced with brand new appliances in December 2020
Outside there is a small communal garden with tropical planting, seats, & car parking.

The View is situated 600m from one of the best beaches on Barbados - Reeds Bay. The beach has a small bar serving cold drinks and local food. In addition there is a gentleman renting sunbeds at very reasonable cost. The beach is generally very quiet due to the absence of any hotels. It is perfect for that early morning and evening swim. There are two very welcoming local restaurants/grills within walking distance

We have just purchased the property having visited Barbados on approximately 20 occasions over the last two decades. We decided to invest in "Reeds View" due to the outstanding views it provides of the wonderful West Coast.
