Entire Roof Apt. with private outdoor area (we may access the terrace for maintenance but it is not shared with other guests or tenants). Located in a very well lit area, 3 blocks away from Insurgentes Av., accesible public transit options available such as subway, Metrobus stations. Awesome variety of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

The space
Private apartment on the roof top of a 3 story building consisting of a separate bedroom with a standard sized bed, clothes rack, mirror and drawers. Complete bathroom with shower and running hot water. Right beside the bedroom you'll find the fully equipped kitchen and a table that sits four.

Sanitization information: Due to the current situation, we have reinforced our cleaning and sanitization practices in our offered apartments, these include a minimum of 1 hour of ozone treatment with a 10,000mg/h ozone professional generator (which is fully ventilated afterwards) and up to 4 hours when possible. All contact surfaces as well as floors and bathroom are thoroughly sanitized with 1% sodium hypochlorite solution and once the preparations are finished, all contact surfaces are sprayed again with 70% Alcohol.

Guest access
The apartment has access to a professional grade WiFi infrastructure with two separate ISP's with automatic fail-over, running automatic hot water, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is a fixed grill in the far end of the terrace which should not be used since a GAS line was installed below it.

Other things to note
Due to an Administrator policy, we will not be able to accept modification requests that shorten the length of the stay when the request is made less than 14 days from the check in date or during the stay.
