When Katz took early retirement and suggested we move to Cortes Island I was first concerned that he might be barking mad, until I came to check out the island myself.Moving to Cortes would mean abandoning my life and career in Toronto after 25 years of struggling to maintain it. Needless to say, I opted for building the dream on the little island on the edge of world. Once in paradise, there is no looking back!
