Your holiday begins here, on this balcony from which your eyes will admire the beautiful temple of San Biagio, the town of Montefollonico, the bell towers of Pienza, the expanses of vineyards and olive groves. I fell in love with this apartment for the view and decided to renovate it and make it modern and comfortable inside.

The space
The house consists of a living room with kitchen from which you access the panoramic balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 50"led TV. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with bed 2 meters long, 1 double/twin bedroom, smaller and a modern bathroom with large shower and window overlooking the Valdichiana. Full historic center but residential area, quiet and bright. Just 50 metres away you will find a wash and dry laundry, 100 metres from the post office and an atm. For shopping you can go to the 2 supermarkets outside the old town, if you do not want to use the car also using the city bus, or take advantage of the small grocery stores inside the center along the main street. Restaurants and bars are less than 150 metres from the house
