I'd love to share my home in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn with 1-2 travelers and new friends in a fully furnished bedroom available in my 1st floor flat. Room has full-sized bed, apartment is spacious w/ fully stocked kitchen and large living room. Great location! At the corner of Bedford Ave, vibrant w/ tons of restaurants and eclectic stores, 3 blocks to waterfront & bridge, 1 subway stop to Manhattan. My apartment can be both sanctuary and social. Spacious open format living room and kitchen. Living room has plenty of comfy couch seating around the coffee table & TV area, and there's also a beautiful large glass dining table for hosting and enjoying meals there too. The kitchen is stocked with dishware, cookware, coffee maker, and bottled water dispenser providing both cold and hot (great for tea!). And did I mention a DJ booth? :)
And obviously a bathroom - I can provide soap, shampoo, etc and there's a hairdryer in there. I also provide bath towels and extra bed linens/blankets in your bedroom as well, plus hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, tissues and paper towels.

In my opinion, Williamsburg has it all - it's been vibrant even during the pandemic. I don't think it's possible to fit more unique stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, vintage shops, bodegas, salons, and more in such a small radius in addition to being a cultural melting pot. My place is at the corner of Bedford Avenue, a bustling stretch combining vintage stores, dive bars, restaurants of every cuisine, food trucks, eclectic sidewalk vendors, fashion stores ranging from thrift to high end. While the pandemic limited indoor dining, restaurants created outdoor dining areas lining the streets. Our waterfront is at the East River with beautiful views of Manhattan... I recommend checking out Domino Park by the original Domino Sugar factory structure. I'm also just a couple blocks away from the Williamsburg Bridge which has both pedestrian and bicycle paths across providing spectacular views of both the tall glittering Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines, vista of the East River and Upper Bay complete with both Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges and the Statue of Liberty.

During your stay

I'm flexible and laid-back, when at the apartment I'm usually working in my bedroom on the computer, cooking in the kitchen, sometimes in the living room and occasionally in my DJ booth when it's not intrusive. I'll always do my best to answer your questions based on my experience living in Brooklyn for past 8 years.
