Neighborhood is a residential area with close access to public transportation and major thoroughfares. However, a car is highly advised as public transportation very limited and not an ideal way to get around this sprawling city! Walking distance to a local Starbucks (of course) . The neighborhood has nice flat treelined streets that are good for walking.

I can be available in person and via text. I come and go and we may cross paths in back yard while exiting. I am generally easily reachable. I have a small quiet dog who is a hypo allergenic breed (Shih-Tzu).
