One bedroom, one bath with air conditioner and sunroof, wooden floors, private entrance, private parking, complete privacy, no access from the main house to the studio. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Eight miles to Siesta Beach and just four miles to beautiful St Armands Circle and Lido Beach. Five minutes (by car) from Downtown Sarasota, Whole Foods Market, and quaint art district. Minutes away from The Legacy Trail, a beautiful trail from Sarasota to Venice for biking and walking.

The space
Remodeled our for guests, was originally built for a photo studio. The studio is 325 square feet. Guests enter from their personal parking space through a private gated entrance that leads to the entrance door. There is a back door that leads to your own shaded (with roof) beautiful garden courtyard with a hammock. There is a toaster oven, one burner and a microwave and a 32” Smart TV.

Minutes by car to local grocery stores and many restaurants. Many places of interest like The Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical Gardens and many parks. We have two State Parks where you can go bicycling or kayaking. Close to boat ramps and marinas where guests can rent boats or go on a fishing charter. There are a few micro-breweries and we are home to “Siesta Key Rum” distillery where you can take a free tour and be served free different flavor rums, our favorite is the coconut infused rum.

And of course we have “Siesta Beach” and Lido Beach just minutes away by car. Siesta Beach being one of the best beaches in the world. Lido Beach serves “lobster rolls”, the best, and it has a pool.

Sarasota has theaters, out door concerts, orchestras , plays ,concerts and many different forms of entertainment.

We are three blocks away from Ed Smith Stadium, Spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles.
