Soak up the modern and vintage charm of this unique Villa! Full of character and Very functional for families/couples/singles. All New appliances and many upgrades while still maintaining the era. Quiet area, large lot with space for trucks, trailers, boats, and RV parking with easy in-and-out access. Large covered outdoor seating entertainment area with charcoal barbecue grill available for use. N. Beach Bear Lake is only 26 miles. Less than 1 mile to golf course & museums. Many trails near!

The space
Enjoy the deep soaker tub after a long day of play. TV (major local networks) DVD player. Gourmet kitchen provides coffee maker, bread maker, crock-pot, toaster oven, blender and many other accessories. Due to a recent "review" there are new beds for both bedrooms. There is space for a queen air bed, guests would need to provide their own and bedding. A PackNPlay and High chair are available for the young ones.
