Unique Studio Loft in Heritage building. My place is close to public transport, nightlife, public transport from Airport, Downtown Halifax, Waterfront and Grocery stores. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. 43 inch flat screen HD cable smart TV.

Loft Apt is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belonging will be in Loft Apt)

Laundry: Washer/dryer are located in basement, 2nd last door on the left. Main door key opens door. Wash is: $1:50 ( loonie and 2 quarters with quarters slot on the right side) dryer is:$2 ( 2 loonies) There will be a couple of laundry pods in washroom vanity, if not please ask..
