Historic 130 m² house with enclosed, wooded grounds, located at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. Ground floor layout: equipped kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs, you will have two large bedrooms and a toilet.
We offer tours of our Binon-Coquard Champagne estate in Spoy by reservation only.
We are located 15 minutes from Nigloland.

The space
Upstairs the bedrooms have beds in 180*200 that have the possibility to separate to make two beds in 90*200. Closed mattresses.
The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee maker (pod not included).
For electric vehicles, the charging of the vehicle is of course not included in the rental price, the municipality has charging stations.
