This cool, comfortable 1BD on second floor of historic carriage house is centrally located a short walk/bike to downtown, uptown, City Park, Lodo, and hospitals. Available as a monthly rental. Great for traveling nurses (bike included)!

Apartment is fully loaded with high-end finishes & electronics and decorated with pieces by local artists. The standout, though, is the huge glass-wrapped sun room / yoga studio where you can relax or stretch out and enjoy Denver's over-300 days of glorious sunshine. This is exclusively a monthly rental.
