We are delighted to welcome guests to Woodbine Hill, a Georgian property with a 200 acre working cattle farm. The old courtyard and walled garden has been renovated into our family home and the farm buildings converted into an office and an apartment. The apartment is bright and airy and comprises a high ceilinged fully equipped kitchen and living room with cosy sofas. The bedroom has a double bed downstairs with two single beds on a mezzanine level and also an en-suite bathroom.

The space
The recently refurbished courtyard apartment was originally the apple house where produce from the gardens were sorted and packaged. The apple house apartment is accessed from the traditional courtyard with fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs and with two step leading into the double bed room and two single bed on a mezzanine level with ensuite bathroom. Crisp bedlinen and towels included.
Woodbine Hill is set in a 200 acre farm with the farm yard and animals nearby. We also have a 2 acre walled garden that upon request you are welcome to see and take a stroll in. We want our guests to feel welcome and at home and if you have any questions please feel free to come into the main house.
Just a note, the apartment is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility due to the internal steps to different level rooms.

There are small country roads around us ideal for walking down to the sea and waterfront. Ferrypoint with a pebble beach is less than 2 km away where the town of Youghal is only a short distance across the water. The beautiful Caliso bay is also a walk away and a popular spot for fishing. We are also 4km from the seaside town of Ardmore where you find the Michelin star Cliff House Hotel, White horses restaurant, coffeeshops, art galleries, playground, Ardmore Pottery, pubs and lovely walks. Ardmore beach is a popular spot in the summer with many people coming to stay and visit.

Youghal is 10km away and Dungarvan 15km,
