I am a qualified chef and am available to provide meals when booked in advance, for a minimumof 5 persons.I have a second kitchen at property which I sometimes use for catering however it doesn't affect visitors as I can enter and leave without entering house

Where you’ll be

County Cavan, Ireland

Arvagh (Irish: Ármhach, meaning "Battlefield") or Arva, is a town in County Cavan, Ireland, on the shores of Garty Lough and overlooked by Bruse Mountain.

It is a scenic town situated in the centre of the drumlin belt. It lies on the border of Counties  Longford  and  Leitrim and is famous as the town where the three provinces of  Ulster,  Leinster  and  Connacht  meet.
Arvagh has a hotel, the Breffni Arms Hotel, with a restaurant and bar, and there are several pubs in the town where you will be warmly greeted. Some of which have music at the weekends.

The town has everything you could need, from a supermarket, newsagents, café, pharmacies and butcher to a fabulous charity shop!

The end of July sees the Arva Show displaying the best that Irish agriculture has to offer. And a week later, the Breffni 3 Province Challenge will put you through your paces with a choice of a 100k cycle, 25k cycle, half marathon, 10k or 5k... All for charity!!

Fishing competitions feature on our surrounding lakes, with competitors travelling from all over Europe and the UK.
