Spacious room with private bath, private fenced in patio with grill, semi-private entrance, and designated parking spot! The kitchenette comes with a stove top, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. All cooking/eating utensils, plates/cups are provided. The bedroom has an Ultra HD Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD Player. Free WiFi is also provided and use of Netflix. There is a closet in the hallway that can be used for your extra storage. The best part is that you are only 1.2 miles from the beach!

This studio room can only be rented for a minimum of 30 days due to condo association restrictions. The laundromat is located 1/2 block away from the condo. You will enjoy your privacy and the private patio. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

During your stay

The condo is my second home. I usually spend 1 to 3 days per week there since I am retired. My main home is in Richmond. I occasionally have guests. The studio room is on the first floor. I have a locked security gate in front of the steps leading up to the 2nd floor which houses my living/dining room and kitchen. My bedroom is on the third floor.
