In addition to all the facilities and utilities such as towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, oven, refrigerator, microwave, television, air conditioning, internet, etc ... also has a fantastic terrace with a little swimming pool and a barbecue for lunch and romantic dinners. You will find a space where you can leave you rent bicycles or motorcycles.
Enjoy being in a quiet area so you can relax away from the noise of the more touristy areas. Located right next to the bike lane, and five minutes from cinemas, restaurants and major attractions of Palma in old town.
And if you want to move on public transport, you can find right next to the train station, metro station and many bus stops.
The Soller train station is 10 min. walking from the house.
Only 15 min. from the airport by taxi.
Guest access
You can use all the house, the pool and the terrace are totally exclusive for you.
Just there are a small area for air conditions machines closed, this is only for maintenance use (you can't see this small area in the photos).
Other things to note
You can go walking to old town (15/20 min) or by bikes (5 min.) and the house is located 1 min. walking to Bus station, connecting to old town and beaches. You can find too the train/metro station 3 min. walking (And 15 min. walking you will find the Soller train station, the nice wood train for go to Soller).
IMPORTANT IF YOU COME BY CAR: If you rent a car, you must to know that the street of the house is just for resident cars, and you can't pass or park if you don't want a ticket or the crane take your car!. Anyway, very close you can park for free in the streets near the house if you find a parking place. It's important to know that depending of the hour can be difficult to find free parking easily near the house (night and after lunch is more difficult), so is possible you have to drive in circles looking for a parking spot.
The airport is around 15 min. by taxi from the house. You can take too the bus number 1 until Plaza España and come walking from this square (15 min. walking).
