Beautiful barn conversion set in the rural Suffolk countryside on 50 acre farm. Only 15 minutes from the "Castle on the Hill" Framlingham and half an hour from the beautiful Suffolk coast including Southwold, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Local scenic walks, good local pubs and is easy access for the all the music and arts at Snape Maltings. Boasting high ceilings and huge open plan ground floor with kitchen, large dining table, sitting area with wood burner. King size bedroom and twin room.

The space
The bathroom is upstairs and wet room is situated on the ground floor. The ground floor is really big and open plan. There is a large wood burner and logs can be provided at a cost of £15 per large basket. Between June and September there is additional use of the outdoor pool. This is a private family farm with our own dogs and horses. One well behaved dog is permitted on the ground floor only and not on the furniture. We have good foot paths for walking and are only about half an hour from the coast.

Other things to note
There is a swimming pool. This is only available June until beginning of September. Also one well behaved dog is welcome on the ground floor only and not on the furniture. We have a strict no cats policy please. There is a beautiful log burner and logs can be provided at a cost of £15 per large basket. Just let us know when booking if you require logs and we’ll leave the baskets filled. We have a foot paths on our farm and storage for your bikes if you bring them. The WiFi and phone signal is not that strong and can be hit and miss. Connection is automatic.

We are 15 mins from Framlingham which is home to the English Heritage Castle, excellent Leo's Deli, Family butcher, charming coffee shops, antique shops, Co-op and market on Tuesdays and Saturday.s. There is an excellent butcher called John Hutton in Earl Soham , about 15 mins. 15 Mins from The Fox and Goose at Fressingfield and 7 minutes from the Dennington Queen pub. Both serve excellent food. Laxfield has 2 pubs and The Low House is particularly charming with its low beams and tap room and a great garden. The Station in Framlingham serves good food and wood fired pizzas at various times. New Ruth Watson Italian restaurant; Walpole and Watson has opened up in Framlingham serve lovely food. The Unruly Pig near Woodbridge serves excellent food and is a real treat. There is also a small coop for essentials in Laxfield about 10 mins away. We are also approx 35 minutes from the lovely coastal towns and villages of Aldeburgh, Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich. Orford is also worth a visit with its castle, harbour, Pump Street Bakery and the Butley Oyster seafood restaurant. Booking us recommended at most restaurants during busy periods and in light of Covid 19 where numbers can be limited.
