House Rules
The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels; entrance to the private beach; Wi-Fi Internet connection. Available for a fee, if desired:
heating (when needed) EUR 10.00/day;
continental breakfast;
parking, if reserved in advance EUR 35.00/week;
baby bed EUR 20.00/week.
Tourist tax: From April 1 to September 30: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 0 nights, EUR 2.00 thereafter. Guests aged under 10 are exempt.
Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
