Situated in one of the most beautiful places in Ireland, just 5 miles outside the vibrant town of Dingle, our beautiful open-plan home sits at the foot of Mt Brandon, with panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Our home offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, golf or a bit of both, our home has something for everyone, including an outdoor sauna and hot tub where you can unwind and take in Dingle's breathtaking sunsets!

The space
As you step inside our open-plan mezzanine home, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounding mountains and countryside.

Upstairs there is a spacious king-size master bedroom adjoining ensuite and sun-trap balcony with views of Mt Brandon.

Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom with bunkbeds.

The split-level open plan kitchen/dining area has a wonderful sense of space – The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and while the dining area offers a space to gather and enjoy family meals together. There has been many a musician and a sing song around that table!

The main living area, situated in the heart of the house, is the perfect place to gather. It features a cozy arrangement of comfortable couches around a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The tall windows in this space fill the property with natural light and give panoramic views of Baile Breac.

When the sun comes out there really is no place like Dingle. There is a gas bbq and outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. Our home offers plenty of ways to relax. Soak your cares away in the private hot tub or indulge in a rejuvenating session in the outdoor wood-burning sauna and watch the sunset – the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.

The home is equipped with all the modern amenities you could need, from Wi-Fi to heating, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay year-round. For family movie nights or cozy indoor entertainment, there is a widescreen TV on the mezzanine floor with Netflix and Disney+, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their favourite shows and movies. If you’re in the mood for something more interactive, explore the selection of board games available for hours of fun and bonding.

The house is surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful gardens with an abundance of local wild flowers growing during summer. Outside, the stunning surroundings of Mount Brandon are at your doorstep, offering countless hiking trails, scenic vistas, and the chance to reconnect with nature. This area is a golfers paradise! Ceann Sibeal a stunning links course is only a 15 minute drive.

A short drive will take you to the vibrant town of Dingle, where you can experience authentic Irish culture, enjoy delicious seafood, or take a stroll along the famous harbour. Dingle is know as the town of The Mighty Session and the wealth of musical talent around is fantastic. The Courthouse and Nelligan's Bar top the bill!

Seafood in Dingle is superb with restaurants such as Out of the Blue, The Charthouse, Global Village and Doyle's to name but a few. Dingle just won the "Foodie Town of The Year" award in Ireland! Ashes Pub does great pub grub and a lovely atmosphere. The buzz in Dingle cannot be equalled.

Close by, Ballydavid Harbour is a lovely safe beach for children. TPs on the waterfront is a must for local seafood and a pint of Guinness! While a car is advised for making the most of the area, a local bus to Dingle passes the house up to 5 times a day.

Our home is situated 5 miles outside the vibrant town of Dingle . Our local pub An Bothar Pub - is within walking distance of our holiday home . Some summer evenings there could be a music session but there is always trad. Music playing in Dingle town ... What can I say !! The Courthouse tops the bill ! Seafood in Dingle is superb with restaurants such as Out of the Blue , The Charthouse and Global Village ! Dingle just won Foodie Town of the year award in Ireland ! Ashes Pub does great pub grub and a lovely atmosphere . Can I recommend Ballydavid Harbour as a lovely safe beach for children . TPs on the waterfront is a must for local seafood and maybe a pint of Guinness !
The Wild Atlantic Way is a fantastic website to let you know what is happening in the area.
A car is an absolute necessary as the local bus only passes the house twice weekly !
