Our apartment is a space that refers to the history of the tenement house from 1911 ,and at the same time comfortable and modern. High rooms add character to the apartment. The apartment is located from the courtyard, so even though it is the heart of Warsaw, you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the streets.

The space
Our apartment is located in the very center. It is the heart of our capital and one of the most exclusive streets of Warsaw. This is where her essence fits. Restaurants ,cafes, boutiques. Where you’ll be

Warszawa, mazowieckie, Poland

A unique street with a great history!
Mokotowska Street is no ordinary street! It is a street where not only individual tenement houses are valuable architectural monuments, but also the entire urban premise is historic. Yes, the entire Mokotowska street is included in the Heritage Register. Today, Mokotowska begins at the Three Cross Square and crisscrosses the Redeemer's

Square and runs to the Ronda of the Polish Ride.
In the fourteenth century, today's Mokotowska was a road connecting Warsaw with the village of Mokotowo and hence the name of the street, which was given in 1770. It was then that Mokotowska was incorporated into the Stanisławów Axis (i.e. the spatial urban assumption of eighteenth-century Warsaw, which was to connect the capital with the royal estate in Ujazdów with a radial network of roads).
Until the beginning of the nineteenth century, Mokotowska's buildings were mainly wooden and the buildings ended at the height of Piękna Street. In the further part there were orchards, vegetable gardens and even breeding ponds. In the first half of the nineteenth century, in the place where the Church of the Blessed Saviour stands today, a Red Inn was built, which stood in this place until 1901.

Before the war, Mokotowska was to be included in the plan to build the Representative District of Marshal Józef Piłsudski, which assumed extending it to Batorego Street. However, the plans were thwarted by the outbreak of war.
During the Warsaw Uprising, the area of Mokotowska was defended by the Ruczaj battalion, which resembles the square of its name.

The place where our apartment is located also has its own history! This tenement house is located opposite Chopin Street, on a short section of Mokotowska Street between Piękna and Koszykowa Street. It was built in 1911 according to the design of the architects Joe Napoleon Czerwinski and Wenceslas Heppen. It is a townhouse with an Art Nouveau exterior of blue color, rich ornate decor, and above all an angel carving into your wings on the top floor.
