A big and bright apartment with a private entrance in a central location: 3 min drive to Regent Mall, Costco, Winners. 5 min drive to Downtown, Wilmot Park, Odell Park and UNB. For a family stay we also provide some toddler toys. We have parking for 2 cars near the house.
*The stated price is for 2 guests, for an additional guest - extra $10 charge per night.
*Good for self- isolation or quarantine.

The space
Our place is big and bright and at the same time very warm and cozy. The apartment is in the basement of our house. We try to give our guests the feeling of home and to make your stay comfortable. Your feedback's and recommendations are very important to us in order to improve our place and to make your stay better.
Living room: sofa, love seat, and coffee table. One bedroom is big with king size bed,small night stand, lamp, and a small table. The other bedroom is smaller with queen size bed, night stand and a floor lamp. The kitchen has all necessary equipment: fridge, toaster, oven, pot, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and a small dining table with chairs. Washer and dryer that are located at the basement are shared with home owners (it applies for long term guests only because we do our laundry once a week). * We don’t use it while quarantine stays.
I can provide additional staff that I may forget to add, just message me the same day and don't wait till the end of the reservation period please. There are towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo&conditioner and cleaning staff at the bathroom. Backyard is shared with home owners. We don't provide cleaning services.

I give my guests privacy but I am always available through email or by phone so you can reach to me any time if needed. The key from the apartment is in the mail box near our entry door and the entrance to the apartment is from the backyard.
