We would love to welcome you to our lovely modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with unrivalled views over the Shannon estuary and the Kerry peninsula.

We are situated in the quiet village of Querrin along the Wild Atlantic Way. We are approximately 4.2 miles from Kilkee and 3 miles from Carrigaholt. A car is essential. This property is not recommended for children under 10 due to a solid wood staircase. Please enquire for additional information.

The space
The apartment has been newly renovated to a high standard and is neutrally decorated throughout. Upon entering the apartment you come into the utility room which has extra cupboard space, an intergrated washing machine and wine/drinks cooler. Access also to the double bedroom with ensuite. The wooden stairs lead up to the open plan living space with french doors and a clear glass Juliet balcony to take advantage of the beautiful views of the Shannon Estuary and Kerry Peninsula. The newly renovated kitchen has an integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer and cupboard space. Top of the range 'Smeg' electric pyrolytic oven, induction hob and extractor fan are installed for your cooking requirements. A kettle, toaster, microwave, various sized pans, baking trays, crockery, glasses and cutlery are also supplied. Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities (one up, one down). They also have a wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers and lamps. Linen and towels are supplied. Power showers are installed in both ensuite bathrooms. A 1080p HD tv with freeview channels and DVD player are also available for your enjoyment.

Please note: due to the rural locality, wifi is not available at the property. However, most restaurants and pubs in nearby Kilkee have free wifi for those who need to catch up with emails etc. There is also an internet cafe/business centre in Kilkee.
