This old-fashioned cozy cottage, nearly 500 sq ft, is located in a quiet neighborhood w/a large living/dining area, full kitchen, 3/4 bathroom & washer & dryer! There is a queen bed in the bedroom & a comfy hide-a-bed couch in the living room. There is a small fenced yard for your kids & pets and you'll have your own off-street parking spot! The space
This was the original carriage house for our 1890 home which sits on the same property. We are available for your assistance, and, also provide total privacy. The cottage has its own entrance and dedicated parking.

The cottage will be set up with all the essentials you will need for the first month. If you stay longer than 30 days, you'll need to provide your own non-reuseable supplies.

We welcome fur babies, and children, but only a maximum of 2 adults occupancy, and no more than 2 children or 2 fur-babies - the occupancy maximum is 4 total, including fur babies. And each fur baby is an additional $50.
This fee must be paid before the start of your reservation. The fur-baby's person is fully responsible for them, just as other members of their family.

There is a small fenced in yard for the cottage guests, children and/or fur-babies - and please note that the fence is not a permanent structure, it is made of wire fencing and t-posts. If you have a large dog, this fence may not work for them. Please reach out to me for more details.

We also guarantee the cottage is booked ONLY to guests who are completely non-tobacco smokers, and, since we this cottage is located in Oregon, we are 420 friendly.

The kitchen is stocked with all stainless steel pots and pans and glass bakeware. We provide biodegradable, plant-based laundry and dish soap for the first 30 days of your stay.

Please note that there is NO TV in the cottage, but there is dedicated wifi.

We ask our guests to respect state and city ordinances and to be mindful of children who may be living or visiting in the main house, and may be playing in the main yard or on our back or front porch.

We are located 1 mile off the I-5 fwy and are at the hub/gateway to several must-see destinations including, Waterfalls, Umpqua Hot Springs, Diamond Lake, Crater Lake, Wildlife Safari, Rivers and Resevoirs for water sport and fishing, 7-Feathers Casino and 1.5 hours to the Oregon Coast.
Our block and neighborhood is very quiet - most of the residents are retired and a few are young families with kids that are well behaved and loved.
We are located in the historic district and are close to downtown Roseburg that has quaint shops and restaurants. Roseburg is a small town, but we have a variety of ethnic restaurants including Greek, Thai, Indian, Chinese and Mexican and we are just big enough to host a Costco!

Kim and I are co-owners and we have enjoyed being Airbnb hosts for about 5 years.
Kim lives in the main house, downstairs and I live elsewhere managing the business side virutally.
I will be your first point of contact and during your stay, Kim will be your primary go-to-person.
We are happy to be your host for your next stay in Roseburg, Oregon - which is really close to Wildlife Safari and several amazing outdoor adventure destinations like waterfall hikes and Crater Lake, as well.
We host many traveling medical staff as we are 3-3.5 miles from the Veterans Hospital, Mercy Hospital and the Community Cancer Center.
It is our highest goal to provide the most welcoming stay for all guests, so all three listings; the upstairs studio, Grandma's Cottage, and the new stand alone studio are all smoke-free!
We are one of the few pet-friendly Airbnb's in the area. We welcome pets in the cottage and stand alone studio and sometimes we can accommodate a cat visitor in our upstairs studio as well.

We provide total privacy and total support.
Our home is on the property, but we give our guest complete privacy.
We don't interact with guest except to greet them or unless the guest request something. The only exception is that we periodically check-in with long term guests to see if they need anything such as more toilet paper, laundry soap, etc.
