Beautiful apartment fitout at the very quiet southern beachfront end of Surfers Paradise. This is most certainly not a noisy area, with beautiful 12th level uninterrupted beachfront views . Located at the beachfront end of Laycock, (the corner of Laycock street & The Esplanade) this is a true dedicated 1 bed apartment and not a studio. Uninterrupted views are 180 degrees from north thru to south ends of the Surfers Paradise & Northcliffe beachfront & Esplanade redevelopment

As an award winning architectural & design industry professional, I have just recently finished this complete renovation on this 1 bed apartment with fantastic beachfront views. Level 12, fully furnished, all technologies built in, ample storage and multi-car parking.

Italian leather furniture, Miele appliances are all integrated, including coffee machine, fridge, induction cooktop, rangehood, microwave, pyrolytic oven, & dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery, cooking, and appliances are provided. Marble dining table, coffee table, side tables, and bathroom walls are all finished in matching marble slabs.

Outdoor furniture lounges on balcony, and large indoor fabric lounge and leather sitting chairs with matching dining chairs fill the lounge. Also offered are concealed bar and entertainment unit in wall cabinets with audio visual storage, 3D, 46 inch LED LCD screen with access to Blu-Ray, Austar, Digital TV, Bang & Olufsen audio. Poliform bedroom furniture are complimented by 100% wool kilim rugs, highlighted with European designer lighting throughout.

Wardrobes have matching timber finishes (same as kitchen) & multi hanging, folded, shoe, and drawer storage. The bathroom has multi head shower; LED concealed lighting; concealed cistern toilet, heat towel rail; plus also a built in 22inch tv screen in the wall in the bathroom; great overhead mirror cupboards & toiletry storage; concealed laundry with separate stainless laundry tub, washer, dryer, and additional laundry & clothes storage.

All cleaning, ironing, vacuum equipment supplied. Everything is absolutely new. This is a quiet & relaxed building with pool, 2 spas, sauna, surfboard store, multi-car secure basement parking for 2 people if required and Surfers Paradise beach at your doorstep. Apartment also comes with push 2 bikes for you to use as local transport if you wish… Beautifully designed and fitted out....

You are located on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise, only 2 blocks from the heart of Surfers Paradise. Public transport & the new tram line is at your doorstep, but your location is conveniently such that the noisiest disturbance in the apartment is only the sound of the ocean. It really is a beautiful location for both tourist and resident.
