The space

New Pool! Two grills and outdoor loungers along with 2 dining suites on pool deck. 3 Snorkel sets, binoculars, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, 4 beach chairs all provided for your use.

Housekeeping: Cleaning will take place after check out. Guests are expected to care for the condo as if it were their own while staying in the condo. Vacuum, broom and dustpan on site. Guests must remove trash bags and place them in the condo refuse disposal bin prior to Check out. Guests must clean all dishes and put them away prior to Check out otherwise extra fee will be charged.
Keys must be put back in the lock box prior to leaving. If you loose a key or accidently lock yourself out, there is a $50 fee for the manager to come to the condo. Extra charge for cleaning if guests do not comply with house rules. Pictures are taken when Manager/ Cleaners arrive to clean condo after guest departure. Smoking is absolutely forbidden in condo.
Please dispose of grease, sanitary products, wet wipes in waste basket.
Please do not hang towels over Lanai railing to dry. You may hang over the back of the Lanai chairs to air out and dry after a swim.
Please advise if there is anything working improperly in the condo so the issue may be addressed

This is a very well stocked, clean, centrally located condo. Although we did not cook during our week stay, it appeared that the kitchen had just about anything you would need to prepare meals. The lanai held a wide variety of beach paraphernalia, including coolers and snorkeling equipment. We loved sitting out there with our coffee in the morning. The only drawback for us was the noise from the intense winds. The rattling of the windows in the bedroom made for challenging sleep! But if you're a sound sleeper, this condo is perfect!

From time to time, trade winds can be very strong up to 60mph and the glass can vibrate depending on the direction of the trade winds.

The location of this condo is PERFECT!!!! Location, location, location!!!! Not to mention that the king size bed was quite comfortable. We had waterfront views from the lanai with a choice of swimming in a small beachy area or a clean pool with grilling area. Everything you needed for beach activities was available at the condo. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Robert's condo for comfortable lodging on Maui.

Roberts place has a pool which is lovely! There is a small patch of beach just outside of the condo, and a 10 minute walk up the street is an entrance to a 4-mile stretch of beach (that was mostly secluded and had tonnes of turtles bobbing up and down all the time) The condo itself is clean, spacious, has a lovely balcony to drink coffee and a kitchen so you can cook (also there is a BBQ by the pool). Down side is there is no grocery store within walking distance (just a gas station and small general store), but if you had a car- Kehei is quite close with a lot of options. My friend and I chose to not rent a car on our trip to Hawaii (although next time, we would certainly rent one). Roberts place is located minutes from the local bus stop, and for 4 bucks you can obtain a day pass which easily takes you to Lahina or Kehei. To be fair, the bus only comes once an hour so it's not exactly convenient, but if you're patient and plan out your day/go with the flow- it was great! Overall, this condo is located in a quite little neighbourhood. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, easy access to public transit and a few nice walks close by. I would definitely stay here again, I would just likely rent a car as to navigate around the island/logistically to do anything, you need transportation. Cheers

This unit was really nice for my partner and I to have a quick getaway from work/life. The location of the condo was right at the end of the Maalaea Harbor where it can get windy. The first day of our stay was extremely windy, but the subsequent days were very calm and hot. If you want to go to a sandy beach, there's a tiny beach right outside of the condo. You can do some turtle watching on the left side of the rock barrier in the water (we saw huge turtles everyday). You can also head over to Haycraft Park, which is an 8 mins walk down the street (from there you can get in a nice jog all the way down to Sugar Beach @ North Kihei). In walking distance to the property is a little shopping center (general store, bar, restaurant) that surrounds the Maui Ocean Center. A 7 mins drive away is the Maui Tropical Plantation where you can go on a 30-45 minute tram tour for $20 per person. The plantation has a store that's open everyday, a farmer's market that's open 6 days a week, ziplining, and a very beautiful farm-to-table restaurant. All-in-all, this was a great place to stay at due to its close proximity to things and the beautiful view from the lanai. We really appreciated Robert's on-boarding documents because it was very detailed and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends. NOTE: The washer/dryer is outside of the unit and in a shared space, but this wasn't a big deal for us.

Roberts condo was lovely. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, and he was available by phone for our needs. We went on a snorkel excursion through the Pacific Whale Foundation, and a sunset cruise (both left out of Maalaea harbor) so we literally just walked there (about 5 minutes if that) and didn't have to worry about parking the car. It was glorious. I can't say enough good things about this condo, Robert, and the location. 10 out of 10!
