This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.

Our cottage is a restored 1930s Irish farmhouse cottage. Sympathetically refurbished but updated for the 21st century. Located in the tranquil Sheen river valley, yet within easy reach of Kenmare. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) with upstairs bath/shower room. On the ground floor is an open kitchen/dining area, cozy lounge with wood burning stove, shower and utility room.

The space
Outside, there is ½ acre of garden with picnic bench and bench seats for enjoying the 360 degree views of the surrounding Caha mountains of the history filled Beara peninsula ( www.bearatourism.com).

Guest access
The house is located on the Beara Way, great for hiking, water sports and cycling. The wonderful small town of Kenmare is close by for everything else you may need on a visit to this beautiful region in South West Ireland.
