A beautiful new build situated 5 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park. Light and airy with a beautiful full length deck overlooking Westlake on Sheba Island (not actual Island joined by a causeway & fully accessible by car).

Heat /Cooling Information
Thermostat is by the master bedroom. We keep the heat at 67 and this keeps it very warm-maybe too warm. You can adjust according to your need. If you can turn down to 60 degrees when you leave that would be great. We keep the humidity fan on low.
Garbage and Recycling
Recycling is very basic in PEC and they only accept bottles/plastic containers and paper. Please put all other in garbage. We keep recycling in the boot room by the front hall. Please leave garbage-we have animals outside so we will take care of garbage. If excess and you need a new bag then put garbage in boot room
Towels
We have lots of towels available for your use but we like you to help yourself so we don’t over or underestimate what you will use.
Barbecue
Easy to use an accessible and an extra tank available.
Condiments and oils etc
We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible-please use supplies that are there. We ask that you don’t leave us condiments as it is difficult for us to use up.

Check Out
Check out is between 11 and 12:00. This can be negotiated and based on if we are using the cottage or another guest arriving.
If possible we love it when guest strip their sheets and leave in a pile.

Lock the door and put key under birdhouse or in lockbox
