A recently renovated and refurbished Villa with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, plenty of room to dine al-fresco on the patio, sun terrace or covered veranda. An ideal location to relax, swim and enjoy the Italian way of life.
The Villa is set at an elevation of approximately 700ft on a ridge with the Fiume Lao valley to one side giving beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and sea.
Very peaceful and in the heat of the day it normally has a cooling wisp of air to cool the Villa and continues in the evening making evening dining a pleasant and comfortable time and air conditioning is not normally needed at any time.
The Villa is comfortably set for 6 occupants only, for additional children please enquire.
Guest will have sole freedom of the Villa, garden and pool with the exception of the upper floor which is unoccupied but will be included in the rental from 2016 onwards. Access to the upper level is allowed.

Unless requested the owner will only meet guests on their arrival and departure and will attend early morning to attend the pool and irrigation system.

Widowed and retired and trying to find as much time in the Sun with Sea and Fresh Air, it also helps to spend time in a laid back environment you find in and around Calabria.
Born in Wales, so a Rugby supporter of one of the two best national teams on the planet, Wales, the other is of course New Zealand.
Southern Italy is a great place for relaxation, good fresh local food, excellent wine and lovely people.
