Ballydehob House is a boutique townhouse in a unique village. Situated on the colourful main street it can sleep up to 10 people in vintage bedrooms. It has a lovely drawing room with open fire, perfect for relaxing and reading, a stylish modern kitchen to cook leisurely brunches and an elegant dining room complete with champagne and cocktail glasses (drinks are up to you!) Ideal for special events and occasions and memorable holidays on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The space
Ballydehob House is a lovingly restored townhouse dating from the nineteenth century. The accommodation is situated above The Copper Merchant shop.
There is a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor and three flights of stairs throughout the house. It has a sitting room, a separate dining room and five bedrooms. It has central heating and two bathrooms, one with bath and one with a large modern shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range cooker and an extensive range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer.
There is no WiFi in the house but WiFi is freely available in the village itself.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house. There is a small courtyard with picnic table to the rear of the property. Parking is available on the street to the rear of the property.

Other things to note
We love children but feel that Ballydehob House is not the most child friendly establishment due to the height and number of stairs. Therefore we can only accommodate children over 10.

I'm Joanne and I'm the owner of The Copper Merchant, a fun and quirky lifestyle shop on Ballydehobs colourful Main St. My other businesses were The West Cork Gourmet Store and The Porcelain Room restaurant, all foodie related so if you have any foodie questions about the area I'd be happy to help. Cassidys cottage was the house I grew up in and Ballydehob House is my recently refurbished 1895 townhouse offering a little old world glamour for your stay.
