The Pyrenees is within easy reach where you can go mountain climbing, white water rafting, paragliding, walk and enjoy the stunning landscape with natural flora and fauna.
Pic du midi, the Tourmalet, Cirque de Gavarnie are only a few possibilities. The national park Pyrenees are on the UNESCO world heritage list. Wonderful roads for motorbiking or to cycle. In July there are of course the stages of the Tour de France. This year (2018) there are 4 stages, the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th
July 26, 2018 the 18th stage of de Tour de France leaves from Trie sur Baïse, this is only 5 kilometers away.
Toulouse, Lourdes, Pau and the historical city centre of Auch are certainly worth a visit.
The 41th edition of the jazz festival in Marciac is from 27 July to 15 August 2018.
