Really lovely apartment in a great location. Highly recommended. A real gem, furnished and decorated with individuality, taste and it gives you a real feel for the country you are in.

The apartment was nice enough but in an extremely noisy location, constant honking and other noise. Apparently the building can’t be found except by her driver, who wasn’t there when we arrived at the airport, so getting to the apartment was a mess in itself because we did not ha…

Response from Dana:
I am sorry Mariah did not have the experience she expected in Marrakech during her stay. However, she and her friend visited during the busiest week in the year: the week between Christmas and New Year's when the city is swarming with people from all over the world and the traffic is unbelievable. She was overbooked on her flight and actually did not arrive in Marrakech until the next day so her schedule pick-up had to be worked into my driver's already packed schedule. There were so many people going though customs that when she finally came out of the airport, the driver was late in picking her up because he had been expected somewhere else. So a messy start during a hectic period. Marrakech is complicated to visit during the Christmas holidays. For someone who really wants to get to know the city rather than just experience the hustle and bustle of the festivities, I would suggest visiting another time of year.

We have stayed at Dana's apartment for 4 nights and it was a great experience! First of all the pictures don't do the apartment justice. Once you enter the apartment, you feel like you're entering a little museum. All the unique artwork and authentic pieces in the apartment gives…

Even though we cannot meet Dana in person, we were treated very friendly and hospitably in this cozy and roomy flat. Location is easily to find and is closed to landmark spots. Facilities are user friendly and there is a terrace where is a lovely place for us to take a good rest…

`Thank you, Ruan, for your comments. It is quite true the WIFI wasn't working during your stay. There was apparently a problem coming from outside my building, and the technician from the local telephone company repaired it the day after you left. Hot water for more than three guests may sometimes be a problem in Marrakech during the warmer months. The building management committee is working on a solution.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Dana's apartment. It's quite spacious and beautifully decorated (actually the pictures don't do it justice). Just as importantly, Dana is a one-of-a-kind person and a caring and sympathetic host. The apartment includes daily visits from Aic…
