Thank you Roberto for the wonderful review. I was disappointed that I did not get to meet you, Nick spoke so highly of you both. I think I arrived home from my trip to the US about the time you were getting into the San Jose bound traffic after the big Independence Day weekend.
I'm sorry you experienced problems with the internet. I know that many of my messages to Nick and others in the Caribe Sur went unanswered (like, "where's my ride??) . We believe that the service was less than satisfactory because of the additional strain on the system during the big Tico holiday, that happens usually during Semana Santa and Christmas, but as more and more Nationals come to the Caribbean for their holidays, we are seeing decrease in bandwidth service more frequently. We will contact ICE (the national communications company) about upgrading, but from what we hear, everybody struggled this past week. It's good to get feedback so we can act on it.
I genuinely hope you'll visit again, Zuri and Delgado love returning guests, and I would love to meet you and welcome you "home" to the Caribbean. Thanks again for the kind review, and for being such kind and gentle guests.
