Country cottage surrounded by gardens and pine forrest with mountain views. Very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is very open plan - the only internal doors are for the bathroom and toilet. The reading room has a foldout couch. There is a loft space accessible by ladder only - suitable for young person ( over 12 years). Town is down the hill, 5 minutes drive. The Central Otago Rail Trail is also at the bottom of the hill. There is a lovely indoor/outdoor flow with bifold doors opening to front deck and mountain vistas. A glass of wine and nibbles is the order of the day.
