Century home - ancestral farmhouse built in 1885. This charming home still boasts the look and feel of country living -- with modern amenities. In the heart of historic Belleville and just a 10 minute drive from the bridge into Prince Edward County, close to historic Glanmore House, Belleville City Hall and the biweekly farmer's market.
Tour some wineries in 'The County', visit the gorgeous Sandbanks beaches and return to watch the sunset from the porch of this classic Canadian farmhouse.

The space
This farmhouse was built around 1885 by one of our ancestors, and has been owned by our family since it was built. It boasts charming nooks and crannies and plenty of living space -- with a living room, full dining room and sitting room downstairs; a sitting room, large master bedroom and cozy second bedroom upstairs; and futons in both sitting rooms. The house is close to amenities in Belleville, including the Belleville General Hospital for those visitors seeking short- or longer-term stays near the hospital. Young visitors and furry friends are very welcome, and we have a selection books and games for children of varying ages.
