Azogires Paleochoras, Greece

Villa Azogire is set in a quiet neighborhood in the village of Azogires. It is next to an old oil mill that is no longer in operation. Opposite the oil mill there is the river in a verdant landscape that gives special beauty to the neighborhood and to the view of the house. Of course, the bridge over the river does not go unnoticed, making the landscape even more picturesque. A few steps further, one finds the famous Monastery of the Holy Fathers. The church of 98 monks is located in the rock and celebrates on October 7th. In the Monastery there is a small museum with newer ecclesiastical heirlooms, historical and folkloric objects. On the other side of the neighborhood one can find the café of the village where it serves coffee and food.
