This self catering rental holiday home can accommodate 10 guests. Young guests are very welcome.

The space
Fanningstown House is a luxurious 5 bedroom/2 ensuite self catering property with accommodation for up to 10 people (young guests are very welcome) located just a 5 minutes drive from the village of Adare, Co Limerick.

The house is tastefully decorated, and boasts all modern conveniences of a Failte Ireland approved four star self catering property.

The spacious entrance hall, with impressive staircase, leads to four upstairs bedrooms and a shared family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Two bedrooms are ensuite with walk in wardrobes.

Downstairs is one bedroom, , large kitchen / dining area, a formal dining room and a relaxing sitting room with wide screen smart TV and a open fire.

The conservatory leads to the furnished patio and enclosed landscaped gardens with a standalone garden room perfect for your morning coffee.

High fibre broadband is available throughout the house with unlimited access.

The location of Fanningstown House is perfect for families, groups of friends and sporting enthusiasts.

Adare village is home to a number of top class boutiques, a superb children's playground and a range of award winning restaurants including the Michelin star Oak Room in Adare Manor.

Golfers, there are 2 fantastic golf courses in the vicinity and for cyclists, the Ballyhoura mountain trails are a 30 minute drive. and the Limerick Greenway is a short drive or cycle from the premises.
There is a gated entrance to the property and ample car parking.

Fanningstown House is a short stroll from the local pub , The Thatch, and the Woodlands House Hotel where you can spend time in the spa ,leisure center or enjoy the great food.

Guests have access to the entire property plus the private gardens. There is a gated entrance which offers extra security for young families.
