Central yet secluded, artist-designed apartment with queen size loft bed. Full kitchen, bath, tub with shower, handmade Mexican sink, large living area, deck with screen room (in summer). Overlooking an acre of marshland, a veritable bird sanctuary, set way back from the street. A hidden gem. Quiet, yet steps from the library, marketplace, cafe, and cultural events at Prez Hall up the hill and way across the street. This is the entire main floor of my home.

The space
This is an earth sheltered, passive solar house, with family antiques. I bought the house in 2000, trading in a large Victorian on Commercial Street - where I had Brehmer Graphics Bed and Breakfast - for a small, modern home in a quiet location. I am an artist and have my etchings and studio in the house. I love my natural environment, the birds and the wild animals that inhabit the trees and the landscape.
