Located just off the main town square in Dornoch, modern quality apartment with touches of traditional Highland.

The space
The upside-down configuration of the apartment has the bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor with the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the second floor. The apartment has a private entrance off the main square with staircase leading up to the first floor.
The comfortable lounge, with touches of Harris Tweed, has seating for 4 on 2 settees, coffee table and smart TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. A selection of DVDs, books and games are provided.
The modern kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/drier as well as ample kitchenware.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lights, fitted wardrobe, chair and wall mirror. There is an en suite shower room with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds bedside unit, fitted wardrobe, chair and wall mirror. both bedrooms have hairdryers.
The family bathroom has a bath with mains shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price as is a starter supply of soap, shampoo, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.

There are a number of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés in Dornoch all within a minutes walk of the apartment. Royal Dornoch Golf course and Dornoch Beach are within a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is situated in the centre of the historical town of Dornoch. There are several shops, pubs and restaurants all with in 5 minutes walking distance. The award wining sandy beach is a 10 minute walk and the Royal Dornoch Golf Club first tee is 5 minutes away.

Local attractions include beautiful sandy beaches, Dunrobin Castle, Glenmorangie Distillery and the Loch Fleet Nature Reserve. There are a wide range of activities on offer in the area from walking in tranquil countryside and along the stunning coastline, cycling, fishing, golfing and horse riding.

As well as exploring Sutherland, you can also tour the north and west Highlands, the Black Isle and the Inverness area.
