Cozy basement apartment with semi private entrance. Big windows, kitchenette fully stocked. Private living and dining area with great fiber optic internet making it an ideal work from home space with futon couch. Bedroom with queen sized bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Light rail and bus stops are 5 minutes from my door. Airport is 10 minutes away and you are 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and theaters.

The space
The back patio garden has a lovely meditation nook with a small fountain near a large pine tree. Spring, Summer and Fall one can sit their in the cool of the morning and evening listening to the chatter of the birds and the trickling water and chill for as long as you like.
