This delightful, sunny self-catering holiday suite is a separate self-contained upstairs unit. It has its own entrance, and has lovely mountain views from the windows and balcony. You can be sure to experience beautiful sunsets as you look out over the fynbos and up at Hangklip. It is the ideal home away from home for travelers looking for a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The space
This lovely suite consists of an open plan double bedroom and living area which opens onto a small balcony. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower plus a fully equipped kitchenette. You can expect to find crisp linen on the bed, soft towels in the bathroom, and a bunch of beautiful flowers to further brighten the living space.

Tea, Rooibos, coffee, milk and sugar are provided, plus linen and bath towels. Netflix and WiFi are also available.

Pringle Haven is situated a mere 300m from the beach and 7 minutes’ walk to the centre of the village. Why not stop in for a coffee and be sure to visit the various shops and galleries, and enjoy all that Pringle Bay has to offer.

Guest access
The entire suite is yours, with your own private entrance at the top of a wooden staircase. The space is perfect for cooking a delicious meal, which can be enjoyed sitting around your own table in our sunshine-yellow chairs.

Other things to note
Please note that there is no braai area, so unfortunately braaing is not allowed. Also, the unit is not suitable for children or pets.

Please bring your own beach towels.

You are very welcome to watch as much Netflix as you would like to, and to use the internet connection for your laptop and cell phone. However, may I please ask that you do not download films, series or games.

Location

Pringle Bay, Western Cape, South Africa

Pringle Bay is a small coastal village in the Western Cape, just over an hour from Cape Town on the N2 and about 50 minutes from Cape Town International airport.

Although small, the village centre has everything that a guest in a self catering unit might need.

There are 2 delicatessens, a mini supermarket, bottle store, bookshop, a surf shop that sells beach clothes, and a charity shop selling 2nd hand clothes and household goods. And a hardware store, although a visit there should not be necessary when on holiday !

There are a choice of coffee shops, restaurants and a couple of pubs. And shops of interest such as crafts and art. The village market every Saturday is a must.

Apart from the beautiful beach, you can go for walks and hikes in the surrounding Fynbos.

A visit to the penguins at Stoney Point on the way to Betty's Bay along the R44 is a must. As is the bird hide at Rooisand, between Kleinmond, a little further along the R44, and Hermanus, where you are more than likely to see the wild horses.

In Kleinmond, make sure you visit Harbour Road. It is well worth strolling around. There are many interesting and quaint shops, as well as restaurants.
