The space
This is one half of a duplex. This is completely separate and private from the other half. It includes your own private backyard and guests can access shared laundry between the two spaces during their stay. Our place is downtown and easily accessible to a lot of great things, if you have questions please ask!
We allow ONE CAR to be on the back parking pad behind the home, if you have more cars you will need to park them on the street at your discretion.

We at located in “The Ballpark District” of Salt Lake City where a lot of our neighborhood walk to and from their destinations. (Depending on distance)
There is a public alleyway to the left side of the home that dead ends to a UTA Trax train system, so there are people who walk to and from using that, although this airbnb listing had a gate that separates them and leaves you feeling safe and secluded. A lot of our guests take advantage of this train station and use it as a great way of navigating Downtown Salt Lake City.
If you are looking to stay somewhere that is completely secluded and away from people entirely on streets etc, I would advise you NOT to stay at our place.

-Salt Lake Bees stadium is less than a 2 minute walk.
-A Utah favorite, Lucky 13 is where you will find the BEST hamburgers in the state, and only a 3 minute walk.
-Publik Coffee Roasters is a 8 minute walk.
-Liberty Park is less that a 5 minute drive.
-Downtown Salt Lake City is 10 minute drive.
-30ish minutes from most ski resorts.
