Stunning private room with lake views!! Relax on my private deck facing Lake Champlain or just step out onto a private sandy dune beach. My home is directly across the street from the Island Line bike path and blocks from the Burlington Bike Path.

My home is just 15 minutes from downtown Burlington and 45 minutes from Stowe.

We had such a lovely time here! Susan’s home is in a perfect location. The room was comfortable and clean. Take advantage of the bike trail right across the street and enjoy the deck at sunset! This place is a must-stay. Thanks, Susan!

Very happy with our stay - communication was easy and quick, while the room and private bathroom were sparking clean and comfortable. Great location in terms of lake view and access to nature and very quick drive into Burlington. Susan was helpful and ready with tips for things…

Great location on the water. Susan is a great hostess. Loved seeing Fritz and getting to play with him while away from my own dog. Would love to stay here again and bring our bikes to make more use of the trails.
